Snowman step card
Snowman is from Doodlecharms cart cut @ 2" .The fence is from Paper Doll Dress up cut at 1.5".The tree is just a triangle pieced together then I threaded Ribbon from my stash through it. The lights on the fence are from Jolee's by you. The sentiment stamp is from Pink by Design http://www.pinkbydesignstore.com/ stamp set Christmas Wishes. The snowman is a circle from Plantin Schoolbook cart cut @ 1.5" his hat is from Paper Doll Dress Up cart the Magicians hat cut @ 3.25" in black and red then I trimmed it so I only had the red band for the hat.
